.:Outline Font Tutorial:.

Open Adobe Photoshop (my version is 7) and open the image you wish to place your outlined font on. I chose this picture from Angel Dust from Aethereality.


Use the text tool and type whatever you want to be outlined. I simply typed "ShadowFire"
The font I used was Redensek set at 18 pt.


On the layers box right click on the layer and click "blending options". A box will pop up.


On the side of the box, you will see a list of options. Select stroke. To change the thickness of the outline, change the number 3 located near the top of the box to whatever number you want. To change the colour of the outline, click the red rectangle and select whatever colour you like. When you're satisfied, click Ok.


And that's all! =) Very simple. This is how my image turned out.
